Even after 24 years with State Farm Jess still remembers her early years of being a claims adjuster and policy specialist. Her passion for it all started when she was a young adult at age 18, buying her first home and figuring out life and finances all at once on her own. Why does she love being an agent? To be the knowledgeable friend she wishes she had back then. Started her career with State Farm then too and has loved serving people ever since! She went on to get her B.B.A. majoring in personal finance from Western Michigan University and then a Master's degree from Cornerstone University.
